- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Sweet peas2/5 cup
- Salt0 to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- In the blender, place the eggs, oil, water, parmesan cheese, yeast, sweet powder, salt and beat for 2 minutes.
- Grease a mold with butter and flour.
- Put half of the dough, the mozzarella cheese and put the rest of the dough
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes and enjoy!
