- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until you have a cake-like dough. Heat a pan with oil and when hot, place over low heat. With a tablespoon, take small portions and place to fry, the balls will form and brown, turn them if necessary, after browning, remove and place on a plate with paper towels. Mix a spoon of sugar and half a spoon of cinnamon powder and spread over the cookies when ready! It's great for afternoon coffee! Enjoy your food!
