- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Garlic Head3 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt and spices1 to taste
- Butter70 g
- Take the 3 heads of garlic and cut off the top, wrap them in aluminum foil with seasonings and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. As soon as it bakes, let it cool down and mix the peeled garlic with the butter and seasonings of your choice (green herbs) Cut the baguettes in half, spread the garlic paste and cover with the mozzarella. Leave another 5 minutes in the oven until the cheese melts and enjoy.
