- grated curd cheese3 tablespoon
- Dry seasonings and salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients until smooth and pour into a small greased with a thread of olive oil or butter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove and cut the dough into strips (I used kitchen scissors)
- Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes (until crispy)
