Functional Banana Cake

No liquidificador bata os ovos com 06 bananas, reserve 02.
Adicione a canela em pó e bata mais um pouco, vai adicionando o flocos de aveia a granola e o mel deixa bater mais um pouco, em média 05 min. Após feito isso desligue o liquidificador e adicione o restante dos ingredientes a chia a linhaça, uvas passas, gergelim, ameixas sem caroço, misture bem com uma colher. Adicione as 02 bananas restantes picadas em rodelas na massa e misture bem. Por último adicione o fermento e misture até dissolver na massa. Finalizado coloque na forma já untada e leve pro forno. Fica simplesmente maravilhoso! Super nutritivo.

Add the cinnamon powder and beat a little more, add the oat flakes to the granola and the honey let it beat a little more, on average 05 min. After that, turn off the blender and add the rest of the ingredients to chia, flaxseed, raisins, sesame, pitted plums, mix well with a spoon. Add the 2 remaining bananas chopped into slices to the dough and mix well. Finally add the yeast and mix until dissolved in the dough. Finished put it in the already greased shape and take it to the oven. It's just wonderful! Super nutritious.

Untar a forma com desmoldante e ou manteiga. Forno pré aquecido por 15 min.

Grease the mold with release agent and/or butter. Preheated oven for 15 min.
