- 1/2 medium avocado OR 3 col. full of soup3 tablespoon
- 2 small sliced bananas120 g
- 1 small frozen banana60 g
- Filtered water or some coconut, oat, nut or almond milk150 ml
- 2 col. of green banana biomass soup60 g
- Fresh Grated Dried Coconut2 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or multiprocessor until smooth. Decorate with granola, coconut, granulated nuts, peanuts, etc.
- You can use fruit pulp instead of frozen banana, such as passion fruit pulp, mango, strawberry, red fruit, etc.
- The pulp in the photo is from PedeFruta®, from yellow fruits (mango, passion fruit, peach and cajá); the result is a more citric and very refreshing flavor.
