Frying pan sweet peanuts

- Roasted and shelled peanuts | 200 g
- Demerara sugar | 100 g
- Water | 1/4 cup
- Salt | to taste
- Cinnamon | to taste
- Place the sugar and water in a skillet over low heat. Stir until it forms a syrup.
- Add the peanuts, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and stir well until all the peanuts are coated in sugar.
- Stir until sugar and remove from the oven. Let cool in a form and serve.
