- whole milk1 cup
- egg1 unit(s)
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
- wheat flour1 cup
- baking powder1 teaspoon
- Spiced Tomato Sauce4 tablespoon
- lean ham in small cubes2 cup
- chopped seedless tomato2 cup
- chopped onion to taste
- grated mozzarella cheese2 cup
- Salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- olive oil to taste
- oregano to taste
- Beat the milk with the egg, salt, sugar, wheat flour and yeast in the blender until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Pour half of the dough and fry it on both sides.
- Then turn off the heat and spread half of the tomato sauce. Reserve.
- In a bowl, add the ham with the tomato, onion and seasoning with salt, pepper, olive oil and oregano.
- Put half of this stuffing in the dough and spread half of the mozzarella over it.
- Cover the skillet and take it to the low fire for about 3 minutes or until the mozzarella melts.
- Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
