Pegue a rap10 ou outra tortilha fit, espalhe o molho de tomate, depois coloque o frango, o queijo, o tomate, as azeitonas, orégano e pimenta se desejar

Take the rap10 or other fit tortilla, spread the tomato sauce on, then add the chicken, cheese, tomato, olives, oregano and pepper if desired

Depois é só colocar na frigideira, pré aquecida em fogo médio e deixar por uns 3min 

Then just put it in the skillet, preheated over medium heat and leave it for about 3 minutes.
