  • Sour cream2 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil1 coffee spoon
  • Parsley to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Spinach to taste
  1. Mix the dough well until it is very uniform.
  2. Grease the skillet well, if you don't have a nonstick one.
  3. In the well heated skillet, add the dough and let it bake on one side and then turn to bake on the other.
  4. Remove and you can fill as you wish, with Minas cheese, tomatoes, oregano and a personal touch on the seasonings.
