Misturar o açúcar e a margarina até dissolver bem, acrescentar aos poucos a farinha e misturado com a mão, adicionar a água aos pouquinhos só para da a liga. Quando a massa estiver homogênea e j no ponto de moldar, abrir com auxilio de um rolo ou se não tiver pode ser com as mãos mesmo. Cortar a massa com auxilio de um copo para ficar em porções iguais. Se quiser pode fazer furinhos nas rodelas dos biscoitos. Assar na frigideira bem quente e untada os dois lados, até ficar bem douradinhos.
