- Mix all the dough ingredients with a fork or whisk. Heat a nonstick skillet. Pour the dough, cover and let it sugar in low fire, about 3 minutes. Remove the lid, brown on both sides. If you prefer, put half the dough, put a slice of mozzarella and pour the rest of the dough, turn both sides to bake. You can replace the egg with 2 tablespoons of curd.
