Bata todos os ingredientes exceto a mussarela,  coloque uma parte em uma frigideira antiaderente acrescente a mussarela  e cubra com o restante da massa.  Deixe dourar dos dois lados e sirva com um " cafezim" bem quentinho. 

Beat all the ingredients except the mozzarella, put a part in a non-stick frying pan, add the mozzarella and cover with the rest of the dough. Let it brown on both sides and serve with a very hot "cafezim".
