- Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Cheese of your choice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Beat the eggs with the help of a fork.
- Add the tapioca, cheese, curd and salt. Stir very well.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan, and put half of the dough.
- Add cheese and curd to stuffing
- Cover with the remaining dough.
