  • Cauliflower in bouquets1 unit(s)
  • Salt, black pepper and oregano1 to taste
  • Sliced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Diced Tomatoes3 unit(s)
  • Grated Mozzarella200 g
  • Sliced cherry tomato1 cup
  1. Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water for 4 minutes or until al dente. Drain and reserve. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the garlic. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the tomato, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the tomato has broken down. Stir in the cauliflower, cover and cook for 3 minutes. Spread the cheese, cherry tomato and basil. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Then serve the cauliflower from the skillet.
