- Oat flour3 tablespoon
- Olive oil1/2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Mix the oat flour, salt and yeast well in a bowl.
- Add the oil and the egg and mix again.
- Place in a sandwich maker greased with olive oil for around 4 minutes and in the skillet leave for around 2 minutes turning from side to side.
- Stuff with your favorite ingredients.
