  • Fresh grated coconut4 tablespoon
  • Oat flakes1/2 cup
  • Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  1. Mash two bananas and mix with the ingredients, except the yeast and sugar. After the dough is homogeneous, add the yeast and gently incorporate.
  2. Cut the third banana lengthwise and set aside.
  3. Grease the skillet and spread the sliced banana. Place the dough over the sliced banana and bring to a low heat. You can cover with the lid and finish here.
  4. Optional. ... Grease another pan and turn the cake to brown the other side. In the already used skillet sprinkle the sugar. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on the cake on the sliced banana side and turn again to caramelize the banana. Decorate with chocolate 🍫
