- Fresh grated coconut4 tablespoon
- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Mash two bananas and mix with the ingredients, except the yeast and sugar. After the dough is homogeneous, add the yeast and gently incorporate.
- Cut the third banana lengthwise and set aside.
- Grease the skillet and spread the sliced banana. Place the dough over the sliced banana and bring to a low heat. You can cover with the lid and finish here.
- Optional. ... Grease another pan and turn the cake to brown the other side. In the already used skillet sprinkle the sugar. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on the cake on the sliced banana side and turn again to caramelize the banana. Decorate with chocolate 🍫
