Para não perder as maçãs, corte ela em 4 partes ,tire as sementes e deixe em um pote no congelador com casca.
Qd quiser tomar o suco só acrescentar a quantidade q quiser de maçãs e um pouco de água no liquidificador. 
Bata por 5 minutos, se quiser coe ou tome assim pois as fibras da maçã dão excelentes.
Adoce a gosto e pronto.
Vc tbm pode fazer isso com acerola e fica um delicia
