Fries with grated cheese

Primeiramente retirar a casca, cortar em forma de palito, coloque óleo para esquentar durante 10 minutos no fogo alto e despeje as batatas no óleo. Depois de fritas, coloque elas num prato com papel toalaha, para tirar o excesso do óleo. Em outro recipiente, rale o queijo parmesão, retire o papel toalha e coloque por cima da batata, receita finalizada
