- In a large bowl, place the sprinkle and add the water, stirring until the balls break up. Add the hot oil (wait for it to cool), add the sugar and the grated cheese and 1 and a half egg and beat well, if the dough is hard add the other half of the egg. (I prefer to put 1 and a half egg and see, then I put the other half if needed).
- In a large pan, put a lot of oil and roll the dumplings to your liking (stick or round). Do not put too many dumplings at once. ONLY AFTER TURN ON THE MEDIUM FIRE. You can cover the pan and gradually stir to turn the cakes. Remove and place on a plate with a paper towel or napkin to remove excess oil. It looks good in bags!
- The secret of the fried sprinkle cake is the pinch of sugar (1 dessert spoon) and the cold oil so it doesn't burst. After frying a batch, LET THE OIL COOL TO FRY MORE CAKES. THIS FRIED CAKE IS WONDERFUL!
