- Wheat flour2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Stuffing to taste
- Oil500 ml
- In a bowl you will mix the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Let rest for 10 minutes
- Take a part of this dough (small amounts) and open with the help of a rolling pin, form the pastel as you wish, fill to taste and close the pastries.
- In a bowl, heat oil and fry the pastries until golden on both sides.
