  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. In a bowl, add the wheat flour, water and salt.
  2. Mix with a spatula until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Transfer to a floured countertop and knead until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
  4. Open the dough with a rolling pin and cut into rectangles of approximately 15x10cm.
  5. Add a little stuffing of your choice to each rectangle of dough, fold and close the edges well, pressing with a fork.
  6. Fry the pastries in a pan with hot oil until they are golden and crispy.
  7. Now all you have to do is taste your wonderful pastry!
