  • Kibe for wheat500 g
  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Large onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • If you prefer, add other seasonings. I used chili pepper, garlic, chopped onion and green smell. to taste
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. Place the wheat in a bowl and cover with warm water. Leave to soak for approximately 30 minutes.
  2. Squeeze the wheat until all the water comes out.
  3. In a container place the meat, wheat without water and seasoning.
  4. Knead until it connects.
  5. Shape the kibes and place in hot oil to fry.
  6. Your kibbeh is ready!!
  7. Enjoy your food!!
