  • Ground beef500 g

  • Garlic1 teaspoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Green Smell1 cup
  • Corn starch1 cup
  1. Soak the wheat for about 30 minutes.
  2. After the resting time, place in a refractory and add the ingredients.
  3. Incorporate all the ingredients to be modeled
  4. Shape into a kibbeh or round shape
  5. Dip the kibes in cornstarch and fry in hot oil.
