- wheat flour1 kg
- spoon of yeast for bread or dry organic1 unit(s)
- cup of oil1/2 unit(s)
- sugar5 tablespoon
- pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- cups (curd) of warm milk2 unit(s)
- whole eggs3 unit(s)
- Dissolve the yeast in a little water.
- Place in a bowl.
- Add the milk, eggs, sugar and salt.
- Shake well.
- Add the wheat flour, little by little, kneading until you get the point.
- Let rise for 30 minutes, covered with plastic.
- Shape the donuts and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Fry them in hot oil.
- Roll in granulated sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon if you like.
