Ferva o leite com o óleo até subir, depois escaldar o polvilho com essa mistura, esperar esfriar pôr os ovos e o queijo, provar o sal e acertar.

É pra massa ficar macia e desgrudar das mãos, pode colocar um pouco mais de  polvilho frita em óleo frio.
