  1. First I cook the cassava for 5 minutes to soften it up a bit.
  2. Once cooked, one per mole, let it cool, then cut into small, thin pieces to cut.
  3. Season with salt, note: if you prefer, you can also season with black pepper.
  4. In a frying pan, put the oil, let it heat up, put the pieces of cassava to fry, for 5 minutes, turning from one side to the other.
  5. The more golden it gets, the crispier the cassava.
