  • Wheat flour to taste
  • Organic Dry Yeast2 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Warm water1 cup
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. Mix all the liquids and the margarine, then add the yeast, sugar and salt and mix well, gradually adding flour until it stops sticking to your hands. Then open the dough and with the help of a rolling pin or a dough cylinder, cut into squares and light to fry. If you want you can sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
