- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Mashed Garlic1/2 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs1/4 cup
- Boiled Potatoes2 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Cooked and Shredded Codfish200 g
- Salt, Green Chilli, Black Pepper and Oregano to taste
- In the Bowl put the boiled potatoes and knead, book. In a pan, put a spoonful of olive oil, onion and garlic and sauté until golden and place in the bowl along with the mashed potato and add the cod, beaten egg, cod, a spoonful of olive oil, breadcrumbs and seasonings .
- Stir all the ingredients until the dough is all homogeneous and take it to the fridge for 1 hour. Then make balls with the dough and fry in a very hot oil until golden. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined platter to absorb the oil. Then just serve.
