- Coconut milk1/4 cup
- Honey1 dessert spoon
- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cut the buns into slices. Reserve.
- In a bowl, mix the egg, coconut milk, honey and cinnamon.
- Dip the slices of bread in this mixture.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan greased with butter and grill the bread slices on all sides.
- Tip: Sprinkle powdered milk and cinnamon.
