  • Wheat flour110 g
  • Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Large apple4 unit(s)
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Sugar100 g
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Rum3 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract1 coffee spoon
  • Butter100 g
  1. The eggs and butter must be at room temperature and the oven must be preheated to 180°.
  2. Chop the apples into pieces of about 3 centimeters and soak in ice water and lemon drops
  3. In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until foamy. Then, always beating, gradually add the sugar, rum and vanilla.
  5. Gently incorporate the mixture of dry ingredients and butter little by little until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  6. Drain the apple pieces and incorporate them into the mixture.
  7. Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan and bake for 50 minutes in an oven at 180°C, until firm in the center. Do the toothpick test.
