  • Asterix Potato500 g
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese50 g
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese50 g
  • Chopped Gorgonzola Cheese30 g
  • Minced cheese30 g
  • Salt, dried basil, olive oil and cherry tomatoes to taste
  1. Peel the potatoes and place them in a pot of boiling water.
  2. As soon as you can stick a fork (between 10 and 15 minutes), transfer them to a container with cold water and plenty of ice.
  3. When cool, grate them coarsely and season as desired. Two pinches of salt and a little dried basil works well.
  4. Heat a 20 cm non-stick skillet with a generous drizzle of olive oil over high heat and make a bed with half the grated potatoes.
  5. Fill with the cheeses and “cover” with the rest of the potatoes. Leave for 10 minutes, then use a plate to turn and fry the other side for another 10 minutes.
  6. Finally, fry some tomatoes and decorate. Enjoy your food!
