- Wheat flour400 g
- Warm water200 ml
- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Warm water200 ml
- Olive oil60 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Rosemary, fresh parsley and chives to taste
- Sieved yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- I started mixing the liquid ingredients with the yeast, I added the flour, sugar and salt, finally I added the chopped herbs, mixed well until a very smooth dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. After that time it doubled in size, I poured the dough on a bench, opened it with a rolling pin, shaped my bread and put it in a greased shape with oil, covered the bread and left it for another 20 minutes.
- Before taking it to the oven, I brushed it with an egg yolk and covered it with more herbs and sesame, roasted for 35 minutes at 200°
- This bread is delicious and very fluffy, serve with pate, garlic cream and it gets even better 😉
