- wheat flour1 cup
- baking powder1 tablespoon

- oil1 cup
- sugar2 cup
- With the aid of a sieve, place 2 cups of cornmeal tea, 1 cup of wheat flour tea and 1 tablespoon of baking powder in a container. Mix and reserve.
- In a blender, place 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk tea, 1 cup of oil and 2 cups of sugar. Beat until smooth.
- Add the blender mixture to the sifted ingredients and mix.
- Transfer the dough to a form greased with butter and sprinkled with cornmeal.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
