Fluffy Cornmeal Cake

No liquidificador vamos colocar o óleo, o açúcar, e os ovos. Bata por uns 3 minutos. 

In the blender we will put the oil, sugar, and eggs. Beat for about 3 minutes.

Em uma vasilha adicionar a farinha e o Fubá, de uma misturada nos dois e em seguida despeje a mistura do liquidificador. Com o auxílio de uma espátula, mexa delicadamente, para não ficar pelotinhas, agora acrescente o leite bem quente. Misture novamente até encorporar todos os ingredientes. E por fim adicione o fermento.

In a bowl add the flour and cornmeal, mix in both and then pour the mixture from the blender. With the help of a spatula, stir gently, so that there are no lumps, now add the very hot milk. Mix again until all ingredients are incorporated. And finally add the yeast.

 Unte e enfarinhe uma fôrma de furo central, ou redonda. Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus. 

 Grease and flour a form with a central hole, or round. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
