- Oil150 ml
- Milk250 ml
- Eggs3 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sugar1/2 cup
- In a blender, beat the milk, eggs, oil, sugar and salt for 4 mins.
- Add the floção and continue to beat, after everything is very well beaten, add the chemical yeast.
- Unite a shape with butter and wheat flour, put the blender mixture in the shape.
- Cut the guava into cubes, tie in the wheat flour and add to the cake batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 mins.
- And your guava cake is ready. It's delicious!!!
