- Cottage cheese200 g

- Sugar1 cup
- Flake3 cup
- Warm milk300 ml
- Oil1 cup
- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese1 to taste
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, grease the mold and set aside (I do those with a central hole so I can misinform).
- In a blender, beat the eggs, warm milk, oil and sugar, add the flake little by little (if the dough becomes too liquid, add 3 heaping tablespoons of wheat flour). Now it's just a matter of getting the yeast right.
- Pour half of the dough into the mold, spread out spoonfuls of curd cheese and then cubes of guava paste (just the other half, let's make the syrup) and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Calda, take the guava picafa and a cup of boiling water to the blender and beat until it dissolves completely.
- After uninformed add the syrup and splash the parmesan cheese.
