  • Avocado1 unit(s)
  • Tofu300 g
  • Saffron to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutritional yeast1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice1 teaspoon
  1. Let's start with the tofu. Place the olive oil and saffron in the skillet and leave a little to release the aroma.
  2. Break up the tofu with a fork or between your hands.
  3. Place the tofu, yeast, lemon and salt in the skillet.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and let the water in the tofu evaporate.
  5. When ready, book.
  6. Cut the slice of bread in 4 and grill in the skillet.
  7. Slice the avocado.
  8. Now is the time to mount.
  9. Spread the bread on a board, place the avocado and then the tofu on the bread.
  10. Finally, add ground black pepper.
