  • Recipe
  • Slices of wholemeal bread2 unit(s)
  • Chestnut or peanut paste2 tablespoon
  • 100% cocoa powder1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate flavored whey protein2 tablespoon
  • Banana cut into slices to taste
  1. Mix the nut paste with the cocoa powder and Whey protein
  2. Put the slices of bread in the toaster and wait for it to toast.
  3. When the slices are ready put the chocolate protein cream
  4. On top add the banana slices
  5. Great pre workout option 💪
