- Almond flour1 tablespoon
- Oat flakes1 tablespoon
- Natural yogurt or milk kefir1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 ml
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon and Fruit Jam1 to taste
- Olive oil for greasing the skillet1 ml
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the cinnamon and the fruit jelly.
- Homogenize well with 1 fouet
- Heat a skillet over medium heat
- Portion the pancakes with 1 tablespoon in the skillet
- Allow to brown on both sides, turning with a spatula.
- Serve with cinnamon and fruit jam
