  • Large egg1 unit(s)
  • Almond flour1 tablespoon
  • Oat flakes1 tablespoon
  • Natural yogurt or milk kefir1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence1 ml
  • Baking powder1 coffee spoon
  • Cinnamon and Fruit Jam1 to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing the skillet1 ml
  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the cinnamon and the fruit jelly.
  2. Homogenize well with 1 fouet
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat
  4. Portion the pancakes with 1 tablespoon in the skillet
  5. Allow to brown on both sides, turning with a spatula.
  6. Serve with cinnamon and fruit jam
