Coconut oil1/3 cup
Shredded Coconut1/2 cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup
Xylitol1/2 cup
Salt1/3 teaspoon
Baking powder1 tablespoon

Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Place in a greased and floured form.
Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven (180 degrees).
