- Butter3 tablespoon
- Water1 cup
- Demerara sugar3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Boil a cup of water and add the demerara sugar and butter.
- Add oat flour little by little until it becomes a malleable mass that does not stick to the pan.
- Churro-shaped cut
- Place in the AirFryer or in the oven at 180° for 25-30 min.
- Bread in cinnamon with demerara sugar
- For the filling I used white coconut and dulce de leche from cocodensado
