- Oat flakes1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Mash the bananas very well and set aside. Then add the eggs together with the mashed bananas and mix very well. Add the oats and mix well. Finally, add the yeast and stir slowly.
- Grease a large mold or molds with butter, pour the dough and, if you want, place pieces of banana and sesame on top of the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
