  • Whole wheat flour1 cup
  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Coconut oil or one of your choice1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Demerara sugar1/2 cup
  1. Blend all the liquid ingredients in the blender along with the banana.
  2. Mix the ingredients beaten in the blender with the whole wheat flour, the oat flour and sugar and finally the yeast.
  3. Bake in a pre-heated oven in a greased and floured shape at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until you notice that it is ready. A great healthy snack option
