- Beef fillet300 g

- In the blender I beat the eggs, oil, milk and salt and little by little the flour and with the blender off I add the baking powder and reserve.
- In a pan I saute the meat, then the garlic, the onion and the tomato, after everything is well braised, I add the green smell and the cream and adjust the salt.
- On a platter about 25 centimeters and greased, place half the dough. Then the stuffing then cover with the mozzarella and add the rest of the dough.
- Place the straw potato and splash with oregano, and medium oven to 230g for about 30 to 35 minutes (preheated oven don't forget)
