  • Wheat Flour2/5 cup
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Beef fillet300 g
  • Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell1 to taste
  • Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
  • Straw potato1 to taste
  • Oregano1 to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  1. In the blender I beat the eggs, oil, milk and salt and little by little the flour and with the blender off I add the baking powder and reserve.
  2. In a pan I saute the meat, then the garlic, the onion and the tomato, after everything is well braised, I add the green smell and the cream and adjust the salt.
  3. On a platter about 25 centimeters and greased, place half the dough. Then the stuffing then cover with the mozzarella and add the rest of the dough.
  4. Place the straw potato and splash with oregano, and medium oven to 230g for about 30 to 35 minutes (preheated oven don't forget)
