  • Dye to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • Chili Pepper to taste
  • Evergreen Beans1 unit(s)
  1. Cook the couscous separately;
  2. In a large frying pan, add a little oil and fry the pepperoni and mortadella together until they are very crispy; break the egg on top until the Clara turns white and Stir well
  3. When they are ready, add the chopped tomatoes, onions and peppers, Coloring, saffron, pepper and let it stuff well;
  4. Then add the beans and then the cooked couscous. Let it cook for another 5 minutes on low heat and it's ready.
