  • Coarse Corn Flour1 cup
  • Room Temperature Water1/2 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Margarine or Butter1 tablespoon
  • Sliced Mozzarella Cheese to taste
  1. Place the cornmeal in a bowl and gradually add the water and stir.
  2. Add Salt and stir.
  3. Make sure the cornmeal contains water, as it absorbs water and needs to be moist and also contain a little water. (Leave at least 5 minutes moisturizing).
  4. Put the margarine in the skillet, turn on the heat and let it melt.
  5. Distribute the FAMIOCA in the skillet, it needs to be a thin layer. (choose a wide skillet).
  6. Over low heat, cook the FAMIOCA with the lid on.
  7. When the sides of the FAMIOCA have a darker color (a finger of color) turn and add the cheese and cover again and leave until the cheese melts.
  8. Cut it into 4 slices and good appetite 😋
  9. Personal Testimonial: It takes much longer than a tapioca, I had difficulty cutting it but I thought it was delicious, in my opinion it is better than polenta. I put a little cheese to taste it well. In terms of satiety I stay with FAMIOCA I made one and it was enough to satisfy me.
