- Beat the eggs with the sugar and seasoning. Break up the riccota with your hand or add pieces to the mixture and break it up with a fork. Beat until it's a mixture with small pieces of ricotta. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Put some oil. Place the mixture and wait for it to brown on one side, turn and brown on the other side.
